How to use:
- Drink ¼ teaspoon of powder in the mornings daily for 3 weeks.
(Put powder in your mouth and swallow with water, milk, juice) or sprinkle the powder over porridge, in yoghurt, serials or any food. - Increase dosage to1/2 a teaspoon in the mornings for 4 weeks.
- When comfortable with dosage, increase dosage to 1 teaspoon daily.
- As Moringa is a detoxifier, one might experience a headache and diarrhea – decrease dosage to a ¼ teaspoon or stop using Moringa.
